Commercial cleaning in Campbell River
Campbell River sits where the north Island economy turns to the water. Downtown along Shoppers Row and the Discovery Passage waterfront holds professional offices, restaurants and marine tourism; Discovery Harbour Shopping Centre and Mariner Square carry the major retail; Willow Point has its own village strip to the south; and Campbellton is the older industrial district where forestry, aquaculture and marine service companies keep their shops and yards. North Island Hospital Campbell River and North Island College anchor the health and education side.

What Campbell River facilities ask us for
CedarPact serves Campbell River from its Langley head office, with crews based in or travelling to the north Island and a dedicated account manager you can reach directly. We agree the scope and checklist in writing before the first visit, set a fixed monthly price and schedule around your hours, including shift-based schedules for shops and yards. Multi-site clients with Campbell River and Comox Valley locations are covered under one contract, one invoice and one standard.
Marine and forestry businesses in Campbellton track in salt, mud and shop grit, so entrances, lunchrooms, washrooms and office areas are cleaned on a weekly cycle with scrubbed hard floors. Clinics near the hospital ask for IPAC-aware cleaning and documented inspections. Downtown offices and the aquaculture head offices want after-hours service with confidentiality and background-checked staff.
Tourism peaks with the summer salmon season, so lodges, restaurants and waterfront retail book deep cleans and window washing for the weeks before and after. Retail at Discovery Harbour and in Willow Point deals with heavy wet-weather foot traffic from October onward. Strata common areas and gyms ask for consistent crews and floors that are actually clean, not just dry.

Campbell River: questions we hear a lot
Not covered here? Call (604) 341-2325 or send a message and a person answers, not a call centre.
Contact usDo you clean shops and offices for marine and aquaculture companies in Campbell River?
Yes. Shops, yards, offices and crew facilities are cleaned to a written scope with WHMIS-trained staff and WorkSafeBC registration in place, scheduled around shift changes and vessel turnarounds. Office areas get the same standard as any downtown client, including confidentiality where required.
Can you fit cleaning around the summer tourism season?
Yes. Lodges, restaurants and retail here run hardest from June to September, so we set the recurring schedule for the season and plan floor stripping, carpet extraction and window cleaning for the shoulder weeks. The monthly price stays fixed; only the timing moves with your calendar.
Where is CedarPact based?
Our head office is in Langley. Campbell River is served by crews based in or travelling to the north Island, managed by a dedicated account manager rather than a call centre. A client with sites in Campbell River, the Comox Valley and Nanaimo gets one contract and one invoice.
