How it works
We work from ground level to mid-rise using water-fed poles with purified water, plus traditional squeegee and scrubber work for interior glass, storefronts and partitions. We do not offer high-rise rope access, and we will tell you so up front; we can advise on what your high-rise building needs. Every job comes with a written scope and a fixed price.
Exterior glass on upper floors is cleaned with water-fed poles that deliver purified water through a soft brush, lifting dirt and rinsing without detergent so the glass dries spot-free. Ground-floor and interior glass is done by hand with scrubbers and squeegees, with drop cloths protecting floors and sills. Frames and tracks are wiped as part of the scope.
We schedule exterior work in dry windows where possible and interior work before opening or after close so your staff are not interrupted. Technicians follow WorkSafeBC requirements for ladder and pole work. Your account manager confirms dates in advance, and recurring window cleaning can be added to your janitorial contract on one invoice.

How high can you reach?
We clean from the ground to mid-rise using water-fed poles, which cover most storefronts, offices, clinics and low-rise strata buildings. We do not offer high-rise rope access or swing stage work. If your building is taller than our equipment can safely reach, we will say so and can advise on what to look for in a high-rise provider.
Why use purified water instead of soap?
Tap water leaves mineral spots as it dries. Purified water has those minerals removed, so it rinses clean and dries without streaks or residue, and it does not leave a detergent film that attracts dirt. It also means no chemicals run off onto your landscaping or sidewalk.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Storefronts and dealership showrooms usually benefit from monthly exterior cleaning because they sell from behind the glass. Offices and clinics often choose quarterly. Buildings near busy roads, construction or trees collect film faster. We will recommend a frequency based on your location and exposure and write it into your schedule.
Can you clean windows while our business is open?
Yes for exterior work, which does not disturb your staff or customers. Interior glass is best done before opening or after close so we can move around freely and protect floors and furniture. For retail we can schedule exterior cleaning on your slow mornings to keep the entrance clear.
