How it works
We send the same trained, uniformed and background-checked team to your site wherever possible, so they learn your building, your access procedures and your preferences. Work is scheduled around your hours: after close, overnight or before opening. Pricing is a fixed monthly amount, and if anything is missed, we fix it on the next visit at no charge.
We start with a walkthrough of your facility, then write a scope and checklist that lists each area, each task and how often it is done. Crews follow a colour-coded microfibre system so cloths used in washrooms never touch a kitchen counter. HEPA vacuums capture fine dust, and green-certified products are available on request.
Your dedicated account manager is your one point of contact, not a call centre. Documented quality inspections and reports show what was done, and weekly walkthroughs are available on request. Urgent requests get a same-day response. Cleaning runs after close, overnight or before opening, whichever fits your building's security and tenant hours.

We keep the same trained crew on your facility wherever possible, document quality inspections, and your account manager walks the site with you on request. Can you clean while our office is empty and secure it afterward?
Yes. Most office contracts run after close or overnight. Our staff are background-checked and uniformed, we follow your alarm and key procedures, and we can sign confidentiality agreements where your work requires it. If you prefer daytime cleaning, a day porter can cover washrooms, kitchens and lobbies while your team is in.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Crews arrive with commercial equipment, HEPA vacuums, colour-coded microfibre and the chemicals listed in your scope. Green-certified products are available on request. If you want paper, soap, sanitizer and liners restocked as part of the service, our janitorial supplies program adds them to the same invoice.
