Privacy Policy
CedarPact Facility Group. Last updated 17 October 2026.
CedarPact Facility Group ("CedarPact", "we", "us") is a British Columbia company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it and how you can reach us about it. We follow British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Quote and contact forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, facility address and the details you give us about your cleaning needs
- Service Partner application form: your name, company name, contact details, services offered, areas served and the operational details you choose to provide
- Phone and email: information you share when you call or write to us
- Website analytics and advertising: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site and interactions with our ads, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site walkthrough and prepare a written scope and quote
- To review Service Partner applications
- To deliver and administer services under an agreement with you
- To understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising
- To send commercial electronic messages where you have consented
- To meet legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations
Consent
By submitting a form you consent to our collecting and using the information you provide for the purpose described on that form. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send commercial electronic messages such as service updates and offers only when you have given express consent through the checkbox on our forms, or when another CASL exemption applies. You can withdraw that consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any message or by contacting us at info@cedarpactfg.com.
Analytics and advertising cookies are set with your consent where the law requires it. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the site or submitting a form.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to do work for us, under terms that limit how they may use it:
- Our form delivery provider, which transmits form submissions to our office
- Our website hosting provider
- Analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Meta, which process cookie and usage data under their own privacy policies
- Professional advisors, insurers and public authorities where the law requires
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return to us. Information tied to a service agreement is kept for the life of the agreement and for the period required for tax, insurance and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider and then deleted or anonymized.
Safeguards
We protect personal information with physical, technical and administrative measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including access controls and encrypted transmission of form data.
Access and correction
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, how it is used and to whom it has been disclosed. You may ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. Send your request to info@cedarpactfg.com or write to us at Unit 112 - 5778 Production Way, Langley, BC V3A 4N4. We will respond within the time required by PIPA, generally 30 business days, and may need to verify your identity first.
Questions and complaints
Our privacy contact can be reached at info@cedarpactfg.com or Unit 112 - 5778 Production Way, Langley, BC V3A 4N4. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
