Dealership cleaning that holds up under showroom lighting
A dealership is three buildings pretending to be one. The showroom is a retail space with floor-to-ceiling glass and polished floors under hard lighting that shows every streak. The service drive and customer lounge are hospitality, with coffee, kids and people waiting for bad news. The shop is industrial, with brake dust, oil and tire marks tracked into every washroom. One cleaner rarely does all three well.

Why a dealership cannot afford a tired showroom
CedarPact Facility Group cleans new and used vehicle dealerships, service centres and collision shops across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, splitting the scope into showroom, customer areas, offices and shop zones with the right methods for each. We write the checklist to your manufacturer's facility image standards, give your general manager one account manager, and document every visit so you are ready for the factory rep's walk-through.
Your manufacturer has opinions about your building. Brand facility and image programs set standards for the showroom, customer lounge and service reception, and district representatives walk them. A smudged glass wall or dull tile under a feature vehicle is a mark against the store in a relationship that decides allocation and incentives.
Customers are deciding whether to trust you with a large purchase and years of service visits. The washroom in the service lounge, the coffee station and the state of the service drive floor shape that decision as much as the salesperson does. Survey scores from the manufacturer follow the visit, and cleanliness questions are on them.
The shop side brings real hazards. Oil and coolant on sealed concrete, brake dust in the air, a wet service drive on a rainy Lower Mainland morning and customers walking through it to reach their cars. WorkSafeBC expects floors to be kept free of slipping hazards, and the Occupiers Liability Act expects reasonable care for the public.

Want this checklist priced for your building?
A walkthrough takes about 15 minutes and you get the monthly price on the spot.

If we miss it, we fix it. At no charge.
Every account starts with a written scope and checklist. If a task on that checklist is missed, tell your account manager and it is fixed on the next visit at no charge. We re-clean until the work meets the agreed specification. No paperwork and no arguing over the invoice. That is the whole guarantee.
Request a quoteScheduling around sales hours and the service bay
Showrooms, lounges and offices are typically cleaned six or seven nights a week after the sales floor closes, with floors and glass every visit because the lighting hides nothing. The service drive and shop washrooms are often cleaned in the same window, with heavy degreasing scheduled when bays are empty. Dealerships with Saturday service hours add a porter for the lounge and washrooms. We set frequency from your showroom size, service volume and manufacturer requirements.
Manufacturer standards, safety and the shop floor
Dealer facility standards come from your manufacturer rather than a government inspector, and they are specific about showroom finishes, glass and customer areas. We write those requirements into the checklist so nightly work supports the factory walk-through. On the shop side, WorkSafeBC's Occupational Health and Safety Regulation requires floors kept free of slipping hazards and spills not allowed to accumulate; our staff are WHMIS 2015 trained.
Shop wash water, oil and coolant are handled under local sewer-use rules, and our methods in service areas use absorbents and controlled mopping rather than hosing residue toward drains. Finance and manager offices hold customer credit information, so our background-checked staff follow written confidentiality and access rules. Documented inspections and optional weekly walkthroughs with your fixed operations or general manager keep a record.
What goes into your price
Every building is priced on these six things, on the spot at your walkthrough.

Auto Dealerships: questions we hear a lot
Not covered here? Call (604) 341-2325 and a person answers, not a call centre.
Can you meet our manufacturer's facility standards?
Yes. Send us the brand facility or image standards and the district representative's checklist and we build the written scope from them, so the nightly work lines up with what gets walked. Documented inspections give your general manager a record to show the factory that the standard is maintained between visits.
Do you clean the service bays and shop floor?
We clean the service drive, write-up area, shop washrooms, lunchroom and walkways, and we degrease these on a schedule. Technician bays, lifts and equipment are typically kept by your shop staff, and heavy industrial degreasing of bays can be scoped as periodic work. We agree the boundary with your fixed operations manager.
How soon can you start?
Your start date is set at the walkthrough, so you know it before your account manager leaves. We handle the switch for you: keys, alarm codes, supply closets and the checklist are sorted before the first visit, so there is no gap between your current cleaner and us.
Are you insured, and are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. CedarPact carries $2,000,000 in commercial general liability insurance, is bonded and insured, and is registered with WorkSafeBC. Our cleaners are background-checked, uniformed and trained in WHMIS 2015 and safe chemical handling.
