How it works
The program covers washroom paper, hand soap and sanitizer, can liners, cleaning chemicals, dispensers and small equipment for facilities across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Because our crews are already in your building, they count stock on every visit and restock before you run out. One contract, one invoice, one account manager, for every location you operate.
We audit your current dispensers, products and storage, then set a par level for each item based on your traffic and the count our crews take at each visit. Deliveries are scheduled so stock arrives before you run low rather than after. Dispensers can be standardized across washrooms so refills, keys and maintenance are the same on every floor.
Supplies appear as line items on your cleaning invoice, so you see what you used and what it cost without a second vendor to pay. Usage reports are available from your account manager. Multi-location clients get the same products, the same dispensers and the same pricing at every site, which simplifies purchasing and keeps the washrooms consistent.

Do we need CedarPact cleaning to join the supplies program?
The program works best alongside our janitorial service, because our crews count stock on each visit and restock as part of the routine. That is what makes usage-based replenishment accurate. If you are considering both, we will quote them together so you can see the full monthly cost on one page.
What if our usage changes?
Par levels are adjusted as counts change. If a new tenant moves in, a gym adds classes or a school goes on summer break, the counts our crews take will show it, and your account manager will revise the delivery schedule. You pay for what is delivered, not a fixed bundle you may not use.
Can you replace our old dispensers?
Yes. We supply and install paper towel, toilet tissue, soap and sanitizer dispensers, and we recommend standardizing on one system so refills are interchangeable across your building. Replacing mismatched dispensers also lets you choose touchless or controlled-dispensing units, which reduce waste and the number of times a washroom runs empty.
Do you supply green-certified products?
Yes, on request. Recycled-content paper, green-certified soaps and cleaning chemicals, and compostable or recycled-content liners are available for facilities that want them or that report on purchasing. We will tell you plainly where a green option performs differently from the conventional one so you can decide with full information.
